Honda 50 Flywheel Removal & Installation with Puller

You will need a special puller to remove the flywheel on your Z50, XR50, & CRF50. I purchased my puller from Bike Bandit. Enter “BikeMaster Magneto Flywheel Puller for Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki & Yamaha” into the search bar to find the correct puller.

I put together a short video on how to properly remove and install the flywheel. Remember to screw the puller in for maximum thread engagement, and use hand tools to pop it loose.
