Do you ship internationally (outside US)?

Yes! I have shipped to over 30 countries.

What service do you use for international orders?

USPS – The most affordable option. It can take 1-3 weeks for your package to arrive.

DHL Express. They are fast and reliable. Chicago to UK/Europe in 3-4 days. Australia/ New Zealand in 1-2 weeks. Costs more that USPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Add items to cart and start the checkout process. After entering address, a live rate quote will be displayed.

Why is shipping so expensive?

DHL costs more than USPS. However it may be a “remote area” charge if you live in a rural area. Try a relatives or friends address that lives closer to a large city to avoid this fee.

Hoses drive up shipping costs

Be aware that hoses added to an order drive up the cost significantly due to a larger box needed. Try getting shipping quotes with and without hoses and see if they are something you can source locally.
